What comes with a typical boat hire?
Each rental provides an experienced crew, safety gear, fuel, and standard beverages. The exact inclusions vary based on the package chosen — evening voyages come with premium non-alcoholic beverages and light snacks, whereas business rentals provide conference amenities and professionally catered options.
When should I make a reservation?
Booking at least 2–3 weeks beforehand is advised, particularly from May to September. For business gatherings and private events, reserving 4–6 weeks in advance is better for availability and customization options.
What is the protocol for unfavorable weather?
Your safety is our priority. Unfavorable weather as determined by our captain may result in either rescheduling to a suitable date or a full refund. We track the weather diligently and will reach out to you if there's a concern 24 hours prior to your departure.
May I bring my provisions?
Certainly, you're permitted to bring your own food and drinks. We also offer excellent catering services with customizable menus to fit your tastes. Please be aware that for safety reasons, glass containers are not allowed onboard.
Is there boat access for guests with limited mobility?
We aim to accommodate all our guests. Some of our boats are more accessibly equipped than others. Discuss your needs upon booking and we'll suggest the most suitable boat and make needed preparations.
What does your cancellation policy entail?
For cancellations more than 72 hours prior to departure, a complete refund is provided. Between 24–72 hours, a 50% refund is given. Within 24 hours, refunds are not available except in cases of unfavorable weather or mechanical issues from our side.
